{"id":20646,"date":"2025-04-08T10:18:20","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T09:18:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hlwhollabrunn.ac.at\/web2\/?p=20646"},"modified":"2025-04-08T10:19:25","modified_gmt":"2025-04-08T09:19:25","slug":"gratulation-an-unsere-kaffeekennerinnen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hlwhollabrunn.ac.at\/web2\/gratulation-an-unsere-kaffeekennerinnen\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratulation an unsere Kaffeekenner:innen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>10 Sch\u00fcler:innen der 3FW und 3HLW zeigten in einem schriftlichen, sensorischen sowie praktischen Teil ihr gelerntes Wissen des letzten Semesters.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben der Zubereitung von typischen Kaffeehausgetr\u00e4nken mussten auch Spezialkaffees wie der Irish Coffee oder R\u00fcdesheimer fachgerecht zubereitet werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum kr\u00f6nenden Abschluss verbrachten die Kaffeekenner*innen einen Nachmittag in der Julius Meindl Academy, wo sie neben einer R\u00f6stereif\u00fchrung die perfekte Zubereitung eines Filterkaffees lernten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir d\u00fcrfen unseren 10 bestandenen Kaffeekenner*innen herzlichst zur bestandenen Pr\u00fcfung gratulieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M.
