Am praktischen Pr\u00fcfungstag mussten sie ihr K\u00f6nnen unter Beweis stellen. Sie erarbeiteten ihr eigenes Jungp\u00e2tisseriekonzept, welches sie dann bei der praktischen Pr\u00fcfung backen durften. Die Backkenntnisse wurden von Carina Schwarz BEd und Nathalie Hofer BEd genau \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und anschlie\u00dfend bewertet. Im Anschluss pr\u00e4sentierten die Kandidat:innen ihr Endergebnis und beantworteten Fragen zu ihrem Jungp\u00e2tisseriekonzept.<br>Kunstwerke, die man gerne bewundert aber ebenso gerne verk\u00f6stigt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Stolz pr\u00e4sentiert die HLW Hollabrunn ihre Jungpatissiers bzw.
