Zertifikatspr\u00fcfung zum\/zur Kaffeekenner:in.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Erlangen des Zertifikats mussten die theoretisch und praktisch erworbenen Kenntnisse \u00fcber Kaffee, in Form einer schriftlichen, m\u00fcndlichen und sensorischen Pr\u00fcfung abgelegt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die praktische Pr\u00fcfung fand am 25. April 2023 statt. Die Pr\u00fcfungskandidat:innen mussten eine Kaffeespezialit\u00e4t wie zum Beispiel Irish Coffee, R\u00fcdesheimer Kaffee oder Hofratskaffee zubereiten, das professionelle Arbeiten an der betrieblichen Kaffeemaschine vorf\u00fchren und ein Fachgespr\u00e4ch f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir gratulieren herzlichst und w\u00fcnschen weiterhin viel Freude bei der Zubereitung von Kaffee!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Katharina Eckl BEd.<\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Sch\u00fcler:nnen der FW3 und HL3 absolvierten im Schuljahr 2022\/23 die Zusatzausbildung inkl.
