Klasse der FW statt. Du erh\u00e4ltst nicht nur Einblick in die Arbeit des Patissiers bzw. der Patissi\u00e8re, sondern wirst auch selber praktisch darin ausgebildet. Du lernst viele Grundzubereitungsarten kennen und stellst verschiedenste Torten, Kuchen, St\u00fcckdesserts, warme und kalte Desserts her. Diese St\u00fccke werden nachher mit Fondant, Marzipan, Schokolade bzw.
